Sniper towers and HUD updates!

Development of IntrepidTD continues! Here are some of the updates from this past week:
- New "Sniper" tower that has a longer range than most other towers
- New "Elite Sniper" tower that is even better than the sniper tower
- HUD now has a console with events that occur, an information block about the tower you're looking at, and colored buttons
- Game stats were moved to the top of the screen
- Upgrades have branching options for less linear upgrade choices
