Station buttons, better decode UI, and NPC portraits!

Updates to Cosmic Trading Crew this past week:
- Station buttons are bigger and colored for easier mobile use
- Decode submission input is higher so it's above mobile keyboard
- Removed 2 items from the decode mapping so it fits the screen
- NPCs now have portraits
- The main sector screen shows which territory you are in
